FIRST AID (2 DAY)

THIS COURSE IS FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE LITTLE OR NO FIRST AID TRAINING, OR WHO PREFER TO COMPLETE THE TRAINING AT A MORE RELAXED PACE.

On successful completion of this 2 day course, you will receive a LandSAR First Aid certificate with the current NZQA unit standards 6402/6401/6400.

You will not be required to complete a pre-course assignment for this course.

Please note that you have a maximum of 90 days in which to refresh prior learning from the expiry date of your last certificate.

GEAR LIST - please bring:

• Suitable footwear for indoor & outdoor use.
• Suitable outdoor clothing (please allow for seasonal conditions)
• Pen, pencil and notebook.
• Your personal First Aid kit and any personal medication.
• SAR Hi-Vis Vest – bring your own if you have one.

Please be aware that some scenarios may use fake blood, which can stain.
